Digital Photography
We take hundreds of photographs with quality equipment. From those, we pick 40-80 pictures to use on your web page. If we're not satisfied, we'll take more.

Each photograph is edited for composition, light level, and sharpness. Dark or blurred pictures are never used. When the seasons change, we update your site with new pictures. Your web page will never look old and tired.

Floor Plans
Even with good pictures, it's difficult to visualize a home's layout without a look at the floor plan. We make a scale drawing of you home's floor plan and include it on your web page. Buyers have been impressed with this feature.

Plenty of Details
Buyers will find features and details about your home, including your disclosures and annual utility expenses. We acquaint them with the neighborhood by providing links to Local Schools, Government agencies, Shopping, Arts & Entertainment, and Sports. We also link your web page to Google Maps so that buyers won't have any trouble finding your home.
